Facebook: Terms & Conditions

Almost every body that you know, you can find them on facebook. It is a nature now that they share pictures, videos, music, etc... inside facebook too. When they sign up with facebook, many of them never read the terms & Cond of entering facebook (Thats include me :P). Its such a relief facebook has change their terms & cond.
Old T&C:
"You hereby grant Facebook an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to (a) use, copy, publish, stream, store, retain, publicly perform or display, transmit, scan, reformat, modify, edit, frame, translate, excerpt, adapt, create derivative works and distribute (through multiple tiers), any User Content you (i) Post on or in connection with the Facebook Service or the promotion thereof subject only to your privacy settings or (ii) enable a user to Post, including by offering a Share Link on your website and (b) to use your name, likeness and image for any purpose, including commercial or advertising, each of (a) and (b) on or in connection with the Facebook Service or the promotion thereof."

Thanks to some people who actually read the t&c and generate outcry. Now facebook has change to new T&C. I got a bit of content in my facebook too.

This is scary for people like me who is a photographer. Now that they improve the T&C, change it carefully, it make us a bit safe to put our material in there.

It makes no sense that Facebook would risk messing up a good thing by edging in on people's intellectual property. They had people's trust and then they go and risk losing it; not smart.
